Latest Testimonial

With looming redundancies where I work it was time to strengthen my skill set and improve on my previous CCNA. After searching locally and then nationally SNCLC was the most convenient location that had approved Cisco Academy status.
After previous experience of Cisco and Microsoft training with nationally recognised training providers I was sure that the Cisco Academy status should at least guarantee a baseline of quality. SNCLC  exceeded early expectations by having a modern well specified lab environment and all new routers and switches to work on during labs. The previous training providers had a basic standard of providing coursework and materials but to varying degrees, the quality and experience of the teaching was not always to my expectations with some of these companies supplying non IT staff that simply read instructor manuals, however, some had much more in depth and time served IT experience and skills, SNCLC's trainer Phil falls into the latter category and has many year's experience in both Cisco networking and Microsoft engineering. This instantly helped my confidence in his ability to deliver material with sound knowledge and the ability to answer questions regarding any subject matter.
The course is a mix of instructor led materials and labs which help you to understand and embed your skills. The course is demanding and requires dedication to complete but you will be successful with the skills you learn on the course and the experience and training delivered by Phil.
Overall this has been a very positive and highly beneficial course which delivers exactly what you need for strengthening your Cisco networking skills and gaining your CCNP". Chris Hale. Broadband Project Officer at Nottingham City Council

Prerequisites

Students require a CCNA® certification or the completion of the CCNA Networking Academy course, any one of these are a prerequisite for CCNP academy enrolment.

Exams

The required exams for achieving a CCNP certification can all be taken at this centre. We encourage students to take each of the exams before moving on to the next Semester so by the end of the course they have their full CCNP Certification. Some students last year took and passed their last exam which is TShoot before the end of the course because they felt that confident in passing.
